1. Digital Product
The Anguilla Card is a digital product delivered electronically by email. No physical card is shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the Anguilla Card has not been activated or used at any participating business.
Once the Card has been activated or used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued where:
- The Card has been used at any participating partner
- The cardholder changes their mind after use
- A partner refuses or limits a discount under their own terms
- The Card expires after the twelve (12) month validity period
- The Terms of Use were not reviewed or understood before purchase
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time
